Prepared for the lawyer. Not instead of the lawyer.
Justivo is not a lawyer and does not replace one. It understands your situation, finds the law that actually applies, checks its own answer against the sources, and either finishes a small matter with a document or sends you to a lawyer already prepared.
From your words to a checked answer
-
1
You tell the story
In your own words, in your language. Documents you upload are read as evidence.
-
2
Case file
Facts from your words only, gaps marked "unknown", the questions of law. A decisive missing fact is asked before the answer, once.
-
3
The law in force
The official text of the sections that decide the case and the Supreme Court's positions on them, from our own registers — not from memory.
-
4
Answer
Short, to your latest message, with one line on where this leads.
-
5
Check against the sources
Every section, case number and link is looked up. A change needs a quotation from the source. Deadlines are counted in code.
-
6
Outcome
A document you complete and send, a lawyer with a prepared case file, or the answer itself.
Three ways to get an answer
Justivo does not take the lawyer's work
You come prepared
A lawyer who gets a case file — the facts, the questions of law, the conditions met and the ones still unknown, the sources — starts working instead of asking you to tell the story again. You pay for the lawyer's judgment, not for the first hour of sorting out what happened.
Small matters end with a document
A claim for a deposit, an objection to a fine, an application to an authority: where the matter ends with a document, Justivo drafts it, you complete the blanks and send it.
If the document brings more
An application or a claim can lead to an answer, a hearing, a counterclaim. That is the lawyer's work — and you go to the lawyer with a case file, the document and the reply in hand, fully prepared.
When a lawyer is needed at once
A deadline under two weeks, papers from a court, a bailiff or an authority, representation in court, a lot at stake: Justivo says so, once, and finds law firms for you.
Honest limits
- Justivo gives legal information and prepares you; it does not give legal advice and is not a law firm.
- Checks reduce mistakes; they do not exclude them. Two independent judges compare our answers blind, and partner lawyers review real cases — that is how the system is corrected.
- Your data goes to one processor only; the law and the court decisions come from our own registers.
