1. Service Description

Justivo is an AI-powered legal information platform operated by XPROFIT OÜ. The service provides general legal information and document generation. You are interacting with an artificial intelligence system; analyses and documents are AI-generated content.

Justivo is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. The information provided is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. For professional legal advice tailored to your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Review generated documents before use. AI-generated documents are drafts prepared from the information you provided. You are responsible for reviewing their accuracy and completeness before signing or sending them.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to use the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service

4. Plans and Pricing

• Free: 1 case, basic analysis
• Weekly (EUR 4.99/week): 3 cases, 2 documents, full analysis
• Basic (EUR 9.99/month or EUR 79.99/year): 5 cases, 5 documents, full analysis
• Pro (EUR 19.99/month or EUR 159.99/year): 20 cases, 20 documents, full analysis
• Per-document: EUR 4.99 one-time purchase

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period. You can cancel anytime through the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Payments and Right of Withdrawal

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By purchasing a subscription or a document you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed (e.g. a document has been generated, or analysis delivered), you lose the right of withdrawal for the performed part. For unused subscription periods, contact us — refunds for unused full periods are handled within 14 days of a justified request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system
• Send harmful, abusive, or spam content
• Share your account credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPROFIT OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Justivo, including outcomes of legal matters in which the provided information or generated documents were used. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Documents generated by Justivo are provided for your personal use. The AI-generated content is based on publicly available legal information.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. EU consumers also retain the protections of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence and may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
